When using China Flat Conveyor Belts, we must pay attention to understand the deviation rules of the conveyor belt in advance
(1) Running loose but not tight: During the operation of the belt conveyor, if the centerlines of the front and rear rollers are not parallel, resulting in different degrees of tightness on both sides of the belt, the belt will move to the loose side.
(2) Running high but not low: the support roller is not at the same horizontal position parallel to the running direction of the tape, but one end is high and the other end is low, so the tape will run off to the higher side.
(3) After running, not before running: The idler roller is not on the section perpendicular to the running direction of the tape, but one end is in front and the other end is behind (referring to the running direction of the tape), and the tape moves backward.
(4) Run big but not small: the diameter of the drum is inconsistent due to t error, coal sticking or uneven wear on the outer surface of the drum, and the tape will deviate to the side with a larger diameter.
