PU Timing Belt with Steel Wire


PU Timing belts in metric dimensions. Classical shape with trapezoid teeth.Good resistance against oil and many chemicals. Temperature range from-30º to +85ºC. T timing belts only run on T pulleys. Special length:Open-length timing belts made of thermoplastic TPU can be welded to endless belts at customized lengths.

PU timing belts are extremely resilient timing belts which are used for example in synchronous conveyance systems, for controlling linear motion or in drive and transport systems. They are designed for high shock loads, since they have a particularly high breaking strength.

The expansion of a PU timing belt with steel tension members is very low; the belt tension remains almost constant. TGRBELT offers these belts from stock in all standard profiles. The belts are cut from the roll, making any belt width required possible.

T10 with silicon coating


TGRBELT's endless heat resistant timing belts are available in polyurethane and silicone materials. To transmit power we recommend the polyurethane belt produced with hardness of 90 ShA and heat resistance until 110 °C. Belts made of silicone are less loadable, they can be used for transporting, but their heat resistance is up to 200 °C.
